We really enjoyed our time in Bentonville. This house is located close to the square, bike trails and Crystal Bridges. We loved walking or biking from the house. Communication was great.
The Oz property was very spacious and located just two blocks from downtown. The locked bike storage shed was a great feature! It had everything we needed for a family getaway in Bentonville.
We love the location, the kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious and well supplied. Even being on a main street it was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is very clean and has everything you need. Itâs also located very close to the Square and highly recommend eating at the preacherâs son. Check-in process was very easy great communication, would stay again.
We stayed here for a quick getaway for my momâs birthday. We had everything we needed at the house and it was very clean. The location was perfect, and we were able to walk most of the places we wanted to visit. Canât recommend this property enough!
Property location was ideal, very close to downtown. Walking distance to great restaurants and centrally located to both Coler and Slaughterpin trails if you are here to mountain bike.
Property is on the older side, but had good space for a family of 5.
Our first time in Bentonvilleâ and this was a great place that served as a home base. Comfortable house, very convenient location. Management team was quick to respond to questions.
The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. However, we were disappointed with the homes appearance/cleanliness. The pictures were deceiving. The landscape was overgrown with weeds every where. The yard needed to be mowed. It was a struggle to get the garage doors open because the grass was tall and the weeds were grown up under the doors and into the entryways of the garage. The bathrooms were dirty. Bathroom trash cans were still full from the last guests. A dirty tampon was in the master bath trash and a contact lense was on the toilet seat in the hall bath. There was what appeared to be pet hair all over the living room furniture. The only chair in the living room was very dirty and stained. We were woken up in the middle of the night with loud scratching noises on the exterior master bedroom door. When we looked out the window there was a raccoon at the door. Our roommates were also woken up during the night with animal noises in the ceiling above the front guest bedroom. We are thinking it was also the raccoon that was scratching at the door. There are for sure animals in the attic. We had to stand on a chair inside the guest bedroom closet in order to shut the attic space because it was wide open.
We all agreed that the home was not worth what we paid. Maintenance and cleanliness need major improvement. I would not recommend this property to anyone based on its current state.
Spent our kidsâ Spring Break in Bentonville biking as much as we could and exploring all that the area has to offer. What a fun place to visit! House was in the most perfect location for trail exploring, restaurants, the grocery store etc. you can bike or walk everywhere from here. Very responsive with text and phone for any issues or concerns. Grass could have been mowed to make it easier to open the door to the bike storage area but otherwise no complaints.
This was my first VRBO experience and first time to Bentonville. My family loves the outdoors and mountain biking. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. This property made it magical. The hosts and manager were friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The location is perfectly placed between downtown and the trails.
The Oz Lounge is in an ideal location just off the Bentonville Square. Easy walking to restaurants, coffee, shopping, trails, etc. The primary bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by a living room and kitchen, making this an excellent rental for families.
Great Location...Walking/Biking distance to downtown Bentonville and trails
The house is perfectly located for all things downtown. It is an older home so there are things that come with an older home you have to be ok with. That being said, the property management company was very responsive to all requests/issues.
We brought our 2 small pups, but there is no fence so leashes are needed at all times. There is no garage, but there is a lockable storage area for bikes.
There is plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. Overall, the best feature is by far the location of this property if you want to walk/bike everywhere.
This house is perfect if you're looking for some space close to downtown where you don't need to drive to get on the trail system or go to the museum. The house has plenty of space and is pretty open so it would be great for families. The bike shed was awesome and is super roomy. Our dogs were comfortable in the house as well.
The back area was unkept. There was 2 towels for each room only. There was no bathroom floor mat. No lotion or other basic toiletries. Overall condition of the house was below par.
Cute house right in the heart of Bentonville. Slaughter Pen is just around the corner, short ride to Coler and plenty of restaurants/breweries within riding or walking distance. Excellent parking and bike storage. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a perfect place for my parents (70+) and the adult children and spouses to get away for the weekend. It was well-appointed and the perfect location.
This was my first time ever booking a rental property. The whole process was straightforward and easy, communication was good and accessing the property very simple. This charming home is in the perfect location. Took advantage of being close to the square and hiking trails. Would stay there again.
