The comfortable and modern holiday apartment for 2-4 people was newly built and furnished in 2014. It is located on the first floor of a residential/holiday home, only approx. 500 metres from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away.

The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD, dining table, some with fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN, balcony. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, an outdoor pool (not heated), a barbecue area, a bicycle storage room, a trampoline and a car park. A private outdoor hot tub is available by arrangement. The ground floor flats have a furnished terrace and a separate fenced area. Bicycle hire by arrangement (EUR 6/day).

The total price includes: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.



Neppermin is a beautifully laid out village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic Sea resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. On the shore there are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, a promenade, boat and bicycle hire, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site and riding facilities. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.
