The comfortable and modern holiday apartment was newly built and furnished in 2014. The holiday apartment for 2-5 people is located on the 1st floor of a holiday home, only approx. 500 m from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). There is also a fireplace in the living room. The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table, some with a fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN.
