Everything was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and communication was easy and pleasant. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Great communication, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t sound proof so lots of street noise and my room was next to the shared bathroom so you could hear the shower, the flushing of toilet and the guests would dry their hair in there too

For the price paid I was very happy with this stay. Helpful instructions to self check-in with very prompt & friendly replies. Good location with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Handy to have a kettle, cups etc available in shared common area. It perhaps wasn't clear on the Expedia room information that the room I choose had a shared bathroom & I likely wouldn't have chosen this if I'd realised. However, it wasn't a problem. Other guests were considerate, kept it clean and there was never a wait, so I was happy. You're not going to find a room as cheap as this anywhere else in Bergamo & I would stay again.

Muito bem localizado, muito limpo e ótimo para dormir bem! Próximo à cidade alta, a uns 10 minutos à pé do funicular para a Cidade Alta. Na mesma rua há lojas ótimas, bares e restaurantes bastante concorridos. Gostamos muito!
