The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. I could not have stayed a second night there without AC. You couldn’t open the windows as the street noise was too loud with open windows. The reception person was absolutely lovely. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need to travel including waters in the room. Had the AC worked Day 1, I would probably rate it a 10 but when I only could sleep one of my two nights, I can’t give that rating.

Apartment was in a quiet street but very near shops, restaurants and train station. Very modern, well furnished inc. a well equipped kitchen. Water and coffee provided by host was a nice touch and staff were really helpful.

When you book with this site the website does not share your email or WhatsApp number so the hotel cannot contact you directly with check-in details. This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Hotels.com needs to adjust its communication policies.

What a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Bergamo, quiet street but within walking distance to everything Bergamo has to offer. keyless entry so easy and practical. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The lady on Reception was lovely and told us the best places to eat & explore. We will be back.

Superb 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, kitchenette was great (with bottles of still and sparkling water provided) and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower (great pressure and spacious). Would definitely stay here again if we return!

Wow wow wow fantastic location, place, staff. Very easy to check in and facilities were 5star. The host even recommended a few places to try locally for breakfast and icecream. A bottle of wine and cold bottles of water were waiting for us on arrival. Very happy will book again when in the area. Thank you.

We were traveling with our family, two adults and small child, and we loved our stay at Ca Moroni Collection. The accommodation was very clean and easy to get to. The staff was very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp at all times. All restaurants were close by and it was easy to make small breakfast and snacks in our room when needed. We spent a day walking around old town and even with a 3 year-old distances were easy to go by foot. I would recommend this accommodation and I would for sure staying here again!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij Ca Moroni Luxury Apartments. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, attent en altijd behulpzaam. Op de eerste ochtend werden we enorm verrast door Theodora: voor de deur stonden bloemen, koekjes, broodjes en croissantjes voor de 7de verjaardag van onze dochter. Zo’n warm gebaar maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Het appartement was brandschoon, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is perfect: centraal in het centrum, maar toch heerlijk rustig. 10/15 minuten wandelen naar Funiculare om naar Citta Alta te gaan. Supermarkten, avondwinkels, pizzeria’s en restaurants bevinden zich allemaal op een steenworp. Grote outlet op 6 minuten rijden Orio Center. Ongeveer 40 minuten met de Auto van Milaan, 1 uur en 15 minuten naar Varenna, een uurtje naar Sirmione. Wij zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit appartement kiezen en raden het iedereen van harte aan!
