Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light, while the fireplace with glass frontage invites cozy evenings in. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to two people.

Two serene bedrooms each with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom features an indulgent whirlpool tub, while the second includes a sleek walk-in shower. Both rooms have electric shutters for customizable light and privacy. A separate guest toilet is also located on this level.


• Roof Terrace (Top Floor):
Step out onto a stunning 70 m² rooftop terrace perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply taking in the natural surroundings. Another guest toilet is conveniently located on this level.
