Exellent the kindness and the professionality of the staff in general but above all I really appreciated the customer care provided by the reception.I didn't appreciate that there wasn't a shuttle service from/to Schonefeld airport,even though the transportation via train was efficient and punctual. Kind regards

Hôtel correct mais pas idéalement bien situé.

Hôtel agréable et calme. Les chambre sont propre et le personnel aidant. Il y a un restaurant et une navette qui fait la liaison pour et vers l'aéroport pour 15 euros. La gare de Mahlow est à 20 minutes de marche et permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en trentaine de minute.
