Positive points reasonable WiFi. Staff friendly. Breakfast tasty. Negative points. Blocked toilet in first room. Brown water from bathroom cold tap? Shower tray didn’t drain. Shaving/makeup mirror couldn’t be used. Bathroom light took ages to work.. No tea/coffee in room. Noisy wardrobe. No bar. Badly kept exterior

bad hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Replace dishonest and improper employees with honest ones
Location: Location is very bad, 1km from the nearest subway station. Very dirty place
The hotel is only 3 star hotel, but list themselves as 4 star. If I had known the truth, I would have never booked this hotel because I only live in 4 or 5 star hotel. The location of the hotel is very bad, 1km walk from the nearest subway station. There is a bus 117 near the hotel. But the bus rarely comes in time. In the day time, sometimes the bus is over one hour delay, or come once per hour. After 5PM, the bus virtually never comes, although the bus timetable states they should come. The male reception employees, working from 17PM to 22PM and from 22PM to 2AM, in early September behaved very improperly. They first gave me a room whose toilet is stuck. then changed me to another room whose heater not working at all. After that refuse to change me to a proper and healthy room. They deceived customers with "we are fully booked, we do not have any rooms available". I checked from both hotel’s own website and booking agencies such as hotel.com. The hotel has many rooms available at that time and is quite empty. Since the hotel employees are so dishonest, we obviously do not recommend this hotel, until the hotel replace them with honest ones. The hotel room needs serious renovations.

Hotel too far out

Hotel was ok for money.We arrived early but staff were not anyway willing to release the room to accommodate us. No food facilities were readily available either even though it was just 10.45 in the morning. We had to wait until 2pm on the button despite explaining that we were keen to get refreshed to go to a pre-booked excursion and we had a strict timeframe to meet. Staff were very indifferent not just to us but others that came behind to check in .The room was clean and the shower was good however as there was no air conditioning in the room, it was very warm and stifling. No tea or coffee facility but the fridge in the room was a bonus as we could chill drinks. Beds were firm but functional. An ok deal for the money, but it wouldn't cost anything for the staff to be slightly more accommodating and pleasant.
