Bei Bezug des Zimmers war das Sofabett nicht hergerichtet und auch die Handtücher für die 3. Person fehlten. Auf unseren Hinweis wurde das Sofabett dann aber noch gemacht, das dritte Paar Handtücher wurde erneut vergessen. Das haben wir nicht nochmals reklamiert, da es für die zwei Nächte nicht so schlimm war.

Guten Morgen, Habe ein Problem. Habe gebucht und mit Mastercard bezahlt. Im Hotel dann beim auschecken, Wurde mir die Rechnung für das parken. Überreicht. Für die Übernachtung. Wurde mir eine falsche Rechnung gezeigt. …..Adresse. USA……. Meine Rechnung Gab. Es dann nicht mehr. Laut Auskunft der Managerin hieß es dann. ,Ich müsste die Rechnung bei. Ebookers. Anfordern. Soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Hier passt der Spruch…. Das einzigste was stört ist der zahlende Kunde…. Bitte organisieren Sie mir meine Rechnung. Die muss lauten …. BMW Kaltenbach. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft total überhitzt, Temperatur auf 30°C eingestellt; offenbar hatte niemand vor Belegung die Zimmer kontrolliert. Zum Glück waren wir den Nachmittag unterwegs, und mit Lüftung des Zimmers war es später erträglich.
