Lovely cottage!

Clean, well-appointed cottage in a small, very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were lovely. About a 15 minute walk from transportation. Very nice!

Great location, good communication

Excellent location, particularly if you have dogs (who were made very welcome) extensive woods on your doorstep. Very well connected by public transport (15 min walk to Tram then U5, 20 min to S3 bahn, both direct to Hauptbahnof via Alexanderplatz or Unter den Linden). Property warm in winter, though marked condensation on windows. Bedroom and sitting room a reasonable size. Lack of really comfortable chairs or good lights for reading. Monika friendly, responsive and a good communicator - which was important in sorting out several extra charges (hence the slightly reduced rating on accuracy of online description). Kitchen quite basic, we did not try to use the tiny washing machine, went out to the laundromat as needed.

Great short term rental

This was a decent set up. I think its better for a couple verse family. There is nothing necessarily wrong with this VRBO ive just stayed in many over the years and this was one I probably wouldn't return just because we are a family of 5 and its cramped. My only real complaint with the property is the "washing machine" was about the size of a microwave and we couldn't really use it. It would be good for washrags. The furnishings could use an update but many vrbos are the same. The location was great and the yard and outdoor set up is beautiful. The owner was really helpful and very pleasant.

Beautiful Neighborhood

Check in process was easy! Home was clean and secluded from main house on property. All you need is there. Will need to be comfortable using metro if you’re visiting from afar, as it’s not close to Cory center. Overall, very great place!

Perfect getaway for Berlin

We had an amazing stay at this perfect little cottage-like property. Monika was great!! This place is close to the train station and it was super quiet! We also took our dog and cat. There is the most perfect walking trail to take our dog out for a stroll around the cozy neighborhood. Every time we took our dog out there was other dog lovers to meet and enjoy the outdoors. Thanks again Monika for our pleasant home away from home!!

Ein schönes Haus mit Garten

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt bei Fam. Donke. Sehr nette Leute,Sie haben uns sogar zum Grillen eingeladen und wir hatten einen schönen Abend miteinander verbracht. Der Nudelsalat von Herrn Donke ist ein Gedicht. Auf jeden Fall kann man dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. MfG

Gemütliches Gartenhaus

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend. Das kleine Gartenhaus war sauber und gut ausgestattet,mit einer Küche zum Kochen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein.

Ferienhaus Gleyeweg 33 in Berlin

Wir waren die 1. Dezemberwoche im Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sympathisch. Das Ferienhaus steht in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Mit dem Hund konnten wir in wenigen Minuten den Wald erreichen. Zum Zentrum waren wir ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Häuschen in toller Lage

Wir wurden super nett von Monika und ihrem Mann empfangen. Ein sehr sympathisches Ehepaar, das für alle Wünsche und Fragen offen war. Ausserdem sind die beiden tierlieb. Das Haus war super sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, da man nur unweit im Wald Gassi gehen kann. Wenn es sich ergibt kommen wir wieder.

Kurztrip Berlin

Die 5 Tage waren sehr angenehm, das kleine Häuschen bietet einen schönen Rückzugsort und alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gartenecke ist ruhig, gemütlich und der Garten liebevoll gepflegt. Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar und bieten Flexibilität. Die Kommunikation hat ausnahmslos gut funktioniert und wir wurden offen und herzlich empfangen. Bei Anliegen, Wünschen und Fragen fanden wir jedes Mal ein offenes Ohr und bekamen auch Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit, die guten Gespräche und kommen gerne wieder!

Zwei Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden.

Uns war eine stressfreie Unterkunft für die Hunde Wichtig. Kleines Stück Rasen vor dem Gartenhaus war okay für die Hunde. Nicht mit Zaun gesichert. Zugang zum Wald führt durch einen Kompost, ungünstig für die Hunde, da hier leider Dornen auf dem Weg. Anbieter sind super freundlich, konnten sich gut auf die Hunde einstellen. Einrichtung Retro, war uns aber nicht wichtig. Ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht, wir haben aber nur die Kaffeemaschine benutzt. Auch Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. Alles da. Für die Hunde hatten wir selbst alles (Handtücher, Betten und Decken) mit, das empfiehlt sich. Insgesamt gut, kann man mit Hund auch machen wenn man auf den Weg achtet.

Ruhiger Stützpunkt für Besuch im Berliner Osten

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig in einer teilweise denkmalgeschützten Wohnsiedlung (geplant von Peter Behrens) an der Wuhlheide und in Laufweite zum Funkhaus an der Nalepastraße, wo man u.a. SUPs und Kanus mieten kann. Es ist mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht weit zur hippen Gegend um die Warschauer Straße bzw. Simon-Dach-Straße, wo man ideal ausgehen und essen kann. Für uns war die Lage in dieser Kombination ideal, weil wir einerseits mit unseren Hunden gereist sind und naturnah wohnen wollten und andererseits diverse Aktivitäten in Friedrichshain geplant hatten. Das Haus ist groß genug für drei bis vier Personen (ein Zimmer ist dann ein Durchgangszimmer) und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten (Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, Grillen) haben wir gar nicht genutzt, weil wir soviel unterwegs waren. Toll, aber dass es sie gibt. Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Der kleine Garten ist nicht umzäunt, so dass man einen Hund (oder ein kleines Kind) nicht frei laufen lassen kann, weil er sonst in den Garten der Vermieter laufen könnte. Internet ist vorhanden aber phasenweise instabil, was aber im Urlaub nicht wirklich gestört hat.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in Berlin

Abseits des großstadttrubel eine angenehme Unterkunft. Das geschirr müsste mal durch die Spülmaschine. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Urlaub in familiärer freundlicher Atmosphäre

Objekt sauber, Alles da, in einfacher Ausstattung. Gepflegte, sichere Wohngegend mit viel Natur. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zwar nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Ruhig und OK

Die Ferienwohnung war gut für uns vier, die Kinder haben auf den Sofas geschlafen, wir Eltern im angrenzenden Zimmer. Es ist dort ruhig und bietet durch die 5 min Fahrtstrecke bis zur Spree auch schnellen Zugang zur Natur. Was etwas enttäuschend war, war der Pool, der durch Brunnenwasser eben eine eher bräunliche Farbe hatte und die Kinder nicht zum Baden einlud. Der Parkplatz wird mit Extrakosten auf dem eigenen Gelände ermöglicht (vor der Tiefgarage). Beide Vermieter sind echt nett und offen, echte Berliner, die uns herzlich aufgenommen haben.
