Great stay

Great stay overall. Only problem we have was the smart door key system was down and the reception have to open for us. The breakfast was good in particular their scramble eggs. The airport shuttle service was really convenient for passengers like us who have a flight to catch

Very quiet, for being close to the airport. Standard room but clean and convenient parking. Check in was very slow though and as I had rung in advance to warn of my late arrival time this was a little disappointing.

Great place to stay!

Fast check-in. First shuttle run to the airport Tegel (3 minutes) with hotel shuttle at 4:45 am. Staff very service oriented and helpful. Free coffee and tea for early am departing guesting. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my late arrival/ early am departure. Wake-up call (just in case I overslept my cell phone alarm was on time. Every aspect of this stay was positive. Hotel also picks up guests who arrive at airport. The free tourist information booth at the airport has employees who will call the hotel and call for the shuttle for you ( my handy / cell did not work). Shuttle was there in no time to pick me up. It was VERY convenient for a tired traveler! I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to Tegel airport. TXL public bus shuttle runs every couple of minutes to train station and into city.

Checked in late at night and people nocking on the door twice before 930am twice had little sleep bad luck they new we arrived late so no one here has any clue what a guest would like to sleep send the cleaning staff well that’s Germany welcomes you. Budapest at least they care

The hotel room was a bit cramped, but the cleanliness, service and breakfast made up for it. I strongly suggest their breakfast. It was delightful.

The big feature for us was the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. This worked well, both getting to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning.

We were grateful when, arriving several hours prior to check-in time (we planned to drop our luggage), they found and let us check into our rooms immediately. We were pleasantly surprised by the tub/shower combo. It was a long tub!

Right by the airport which was perfect for my early morning flight. There is a shuttle but it is first come first serve (No reservations). There were a few guests who didn't understand that and were very angry. Due to proximity, the shuttle only takes about 10 minutes to drop off and return. However, this hotel isn't great for access to downtown if you don't have a car. Ubers had great difficulty finding the hotel and it takes about 1 hr by bus/train to get to the city center. Everything else was great and the restaurant was delicious.

Only stayed for one night as it is really close to the airport and they have a free shuttle to the airport, but it was a really great place to stay. We ate in the restaurant at night and the food was great and good value. All staff were friendly

A great place to stay near Berlin Tegel Airport!

We had to catch an early morning flight from Berlin, and this was the perfect place to stay! Very clean and comfortable and quiet!

Nice hotel near airport

Very near to Tegel Airport. However, may not be easy to navigate and walk to. Luckily, a free hotel airport shuttle van is available. The ride is less than 5 mins as per usual German efficiency. Check in was quick and room was clean and spacious. just felt the carpet was a bit old. otherwise, nice hotel with easy parking.

Strongly recommended if need to head to airport

This hotel is the best choice for travellers if you are heading to Tegel airport early in the morning. The hotel provides a shuttle that takes you to Tegel airport in less than 5 minutes. The room are spacious and the bed are comfortable. Most important, I am truly impressed by their prompt service and reply to my various email enquiries.
