Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!

The staff didnt speak english very well. They were rude also in all positions The food was horrible and way overpriced. The location wasnt the greatest, dirty and homeless people sleeping outside the hotel. There was a plumbing problem in the shower, water everywhere. Drain was in the center of the shower area and the cap kept coming off leaving a huge 3 inch hole. Told the front desk, someone comes up, didnt understand what the problem was as she didnt speak english. She thought it was funny and motioned to put a towel down. It was never fixed. I had to shower carefully as not to fall from putting my foot in the hole! I will never go back and I recommend never to use this hotel as you will leave unhappy, disapointed and knowing you wasted your money.

Modern near everything!

Good location near an Underground so getting around Berlin was easy. The hotel provided complimentary toothbrushes, paste, razor, shave cream… nice touches. Very modern hotel, would stay again.

We really liked th hotel, the staff were very helpful & looked after us very well. We were within a couple of minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie, good restaurants nearby, within walking distance to the main train station

Good hotel

Great location, comfy beds and excellent staff. Unfortunately the room was too warm and the TV did not work properly. Apart from that. Everything was perfect and only a 5 minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie

Excellent location, easy access to transport. Room was good but spoiled by housekeeping entering our room without knocking despite asking for no room cleaning. This happened again a 2nd time despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. They also tried to charge us for mini bar items which we had not taken.

"The air conditioning works only when it's summer and we still have winter settings", which is obviously a choice to save costs. Especially when the room was on the higher floors and it was 26 degrees centigrade outside. I chose a hotel with air conditioning as one criterion. I was made pay for it. But there was none.

Nice hotel conveniently located

This is a nice hotel in a great location for Berlin. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were huge, and we loved having a terrace. The staff was very helpful and nice. I recommend taking advantage of their bike rentals. Berlin if very bike friendly and you'll be able to see a lot more.
