A shared parking space by the house and a bicycle storage room are available. Public transport is within walking distance. For your safety, video cameras are installed in communal areas such as the cellar, garage, lower entrance, and terrace. Recording on the terrace can be disabled on request. The house uses eco-friendly energy: electricity from hydropower and district heating from regional, renewable resources.



In summer, hiking and cycling trails, mountain huts, and forests await you; in winter, ski lifts, cross-country trails, and snowy paths. The local mountain Herzogenhorn and the famous Feldberg offer wonderful tours year-round.
