L'Esse'capade is a cottage nestled in the heart of rolling countryside, a haven of peace. It's a converted barn surrounded by a wooded and fenced park, a veritable haven of greenery.
The cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright and spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo...), dining area, and a lounge area with a rustic yet modern theme, featuring two sofas, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed Wi-Fi.

In sunny weather, an enclosed garden reserved for guests and garden furniture allow guests to enjoy the peace and quiet and dine al fresco.
A secure 6m x 6m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from July 1st to September 15th. Alcohol is prohibited in this area. The pool is heated by solar panels. Free entry and parking are separate from the owners' premises.
A €65 cleaning fee is required, payable at the time of booking.

Coming from Loué or Bernay (RD21), you will see two large chestnut trees; turn! We are 800 m further on your left.
