Unfortunately we booked the superior Queen room with 2 x queen beds but ended up with 1 x queen bed and a small sofa bed. This was not set up on arrival and we tried to set it up as directed on bed but would not come out. In the end phone club and a staff member came and after a bit struggle got it done . A maintenance report was being put in I believe by staff member. There also appears a hammer problem in the pipes next door. Clunking noise annoying Otherwise clean and presentable and staff helpful Thank you

When trying to book this room I was transferred to another site. I ended up booking through expedia at a better rate that I was quoted.I was always under the impression that you received a better rate to book direct. Very disappointed with the booking process, I normally stay at this facility every few months
