Ground Floor:

Open Plan Living Area and Kitchen
The lounge area features a luxurious L-shaped sofa, comfortably seating six guests, complemented by an electric wood-burning fire for a warm and inviting ambiance. A Smart TV with streaming services ensures entertainment for all.
The vibrant kitchen boasts stylish base units and cabinets, seamlessly blending modern design with character. Fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, and washer-dryer, it also features a spacious breakfast bar/island seating six.

Bedroom Two
The second bedroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, is perfect for guests with limited mobility. Offering flexible sleeping arrangements, the zip-and-link beds can be set as two singles or a luxurious king-size bed. For added comfort, this stylish room also features a Smart TV, ensuring a relaxing retreat.

First Floor:

Bedroom Three
Bedroom three is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed and a Smart TV.

Shower Room
The family shower room is located on the first floor and features a toilet, wash hand basin and a double shower.

Second Floor:

Master Bedroom
Located on the second floor is the Master Bedroom which features a king-sized bed and a Smart TV. This bedroom also has the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom.

Located off the master bedroom and features a toilet, wash hand basin and a luxurious shower.

Parking:
There is no designated space for The Procession, however, there is a parking permit provided for one vehicle which gives you free parking on the street in the designated parking permit area. We ask that the parking permit is to be returned at the end of your stay. If you have additional cars, there’s a 24 hour free car park nearby.

Pets:
If you are bringing your furry friend, please ensure they are off the furniture. If they must go on sofas, ensure that a blanket/throw is put on the sofa to ensure muddy paws don't mark the sofa.
