Hôtel central dans les rues marchandes de Besançon. Pratique pour une virée shopping. L'hôtel est correct, petit déjeuner et parking payable en plus. Le parfum d'ambiance de l'hôtel est trop fort à mon goût. Il manquerait une bouteille d'eau par personne dans la chambre. Une fontaine à eau est à disposition devant la réception, cela n'est pas pratique lors de besoin de boire en pleine nuit. L'air est sec et nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre car elle donnait sur un passage extérieur des clients de l'hôtel (ancienne fenêtre ne pouvant se mettre en imposte). Petit déjeuner continental complet et gourmand à 15 euros par personne.

Chère cliente, Nous souhaiterions tout d'abord vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire et nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. Nous avons diminué la diffusion du parfum d'ambiance. Nous avons décidé de supprimer ces bouteilles en "PLASTIQUE" et de les remplacer par l'achat d'une fontaine à eau, mise à disposition gracieusement à la réception. N'hésitez pas à nous demander un changement de chambre si celle-ci ne vous convient pas. Nous espérons que cela n'aura pas trop entaché votre séjour en notre compagnie. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans de meilleurs conditions lors de votre prochain séjour à Besançon.
