We did not meet the host, we arrived after hours so no personal contact with property manager group. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was so well stocked. Usually we have to bring spatulas, knives, mixers for our Thanksgiving week stays, we never pulled them out of the box, the kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, everything!

A must stay!!

This property is amazing! Our extended family (15 total) rented it over Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. Incredibly spacious, well stocked, super clean...more than we could have ever asked for. Close to the downtown beach area, so a quick walk allowed us to enjoy the many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Everything was as pictured. Great experience and definitely worth getting linen package makes things easier. Beach was easy with trolley service. Would stay again. Check in was easy to pick up keys and checkout Dropbox convenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Tingle House was a terrific place for our whole family to gather at Bethany for a beach week. Large, clean, with all the stuff we needed.One of the door locks was brocket and a shower was clogged and Wilgus had it taken care of of right away. Second summer for us at Tingle House and we love it.

Lovely home

The house is wonderful with 2 bedrooms on the main floor which were perfect for grandparents, the kids room upstairs was fully stocked with toys and essentials, and large enough to accommodate several kids with room to play. Enjoyed coffee and meals on the screened porch. the living space was comfortable and the open space kitchen, living, dining was comfortable allowing multiple family combinations to interact. Perfect for large families and multiple generations to vacation together.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and everything is top notch. The pots, frying pans, knives, silverware, appliances, and gadgets are all of excellent quality. Cooking in this kitchen was a breeze. The furniture throughout the house is high end and beautiful. Small details like hallway and stairway lighting, lighted mirrors, fans in every room, games and puzzles, books, and movies were not overlooked. There was plenty of parking (we had 5 cars!) and the outdoor shower was a bonus! We loved our stay and we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental staff was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We had very few problems at this beautiful and clean home! The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family vacation! It was close to everything and so spacious. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately. After realizing our key was for the upper lock only we accidentally locked ourselves out and they were able to come right over and unlock the door for us. We ran out of propane one evening and they immediately sent the propane company over to refill! Neither of these problems were foreseen but the company handled them with professionalism and ease! What a pleasure! We will definitely think about staying at this property when we visit again!

Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, and plenty big for our family.we loved the screened in porch, perfect spot for morning coffee.We had a few concerns that were responded to immediately.We've been vacationing at Bethany Beach for 25 years now, with homes at the beach, or Bethany west, the one issue would be the 4pm checki-in, never has a check in been that late.The home was definitely well maintained.
