Beulah historic gem

This was perfect for our short trip in May-close to downtown and Crystal Lake. No air conditioning but fans in every bedroom upstairs. Narrow stairs, as it‘a a centennial farmhouse. Would be very warm upstairs on hot summer days, but it’s a super location with nice hosts.

Sisters weekend

My sisters and I and Niece and grand nieces had a wonderful weekend together the house was perfectly located!! Right across from Crystal Lake , shops and restaurants we had fun just shopping walking the trail and some of us went to Sleeping Bear Dunes for the day , enjoyed being in a small town with kind people and the scenery was beautiful…the house was very quaint and all of what we needed was there for us!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fits our 6 adult 2 kids and dogs well! Great location and Beulahfest makes it so fun plus we have family near by. So much snow this year - we hade to shovel the deck to get in! We love the snow!

We enjoyed our stay at the Centennial house! The pictures are accurate. It is a comfortable house with everything you need. We loved watching the sun set on the back deck each night! The property manager was great at communicating and very helpful. :)

You cannot beat the location of this cute property. The only issue we had was with the heat. It is understandable that there is no air conditioning, but the fans did not cool things down enough for us to sleep, especially the children. I would stay at this property again, but not in the middle of the summer.

Convenient location

The house worked well enough for my family of 9 to stay. We did some skiing at Crystal Mountain and it was only about a 13min drive away, plus right downtown Beulah. The dining table had enough seats for everyone, which can be hard to find in rentals for a larger group. The only negatives were the oven took forever to heat up enough and the mattress in the room with the crib was pretty hard with dents in it.

Great location!

The house served all our needs and was in a perfect location for our family! The house is a short walk to Beulah beach and less than a block from downtown Beulah. The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and it was very nice to towels and two bathrooms available. Some of the bedrooms were a bit creepy and my kids were a bit scared as the house is old and the pictures are a bit on the scary side but it's a historical house so I understand. It would be great if there was a curtain or something that could be placed in each bedroom to cover the closet and maybe take down the photos in the bedrooms. :) Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the house and location very much. Thank you!

Family getaway

My large family of 8 stayed in this house. It fit all of us comfortably. It had dishes, can opener, bowls, microwave, laundry, dishwasher. I have been to other houses I have rented where there were only 2 trash bags and a few rolls of toilet paper even though stating I had a large family and ended up having to go to the store to buy things like that. There were plenty of towels for us which was also great. The only thing I would recommend is having a griddle to use to make breakfast a lot more convenient. The house is right down the road from the beach and it has a playground which was great for my kids to play on. We had a great time. The only complaint I had was that there are pictures on the walls and they are creepy. It does not make the house very homey. In our room there were a few pictures that gave me the creeps so I had to take them down and face them down so I could sleep. My children also kept asking about the photos, as they were scared of them too. I feel like if you want to keep that part in the house out it in a photo album so people can look through it. Also the mattresses where very hard. My spouse and I tried the bed upstairs, the bed downstairs, and the futon and had a hard time getting comfortable. I guess this could be the case anywhere you stay but thought I would just put that out there, we came home very stiff and tired. Thank you for a nice vacation!

Loved this house.

Heard the wind howling through a blizzard. The surrounding restaurants kept us well fed. Crystal Lake is beautiful in the winter. The residents of Beulah are warm and friendly year round.
