Good for us for an over night stop and points the towels in our room had to be changed as they were still damp and one of the cups in the room was dirty but the staff soon apologised and changed the towels the mug we just washed .food was good bar pleasant more of a business hotel

Great stay!

Great Bank Holiday weekend stay, very good location (apart from Bicester itself). Only 50 mins to Bouton-on-water & other Cotswolds locations. Hotel is great, very accommodating, helpful & friendly staff throughout. Room was spacious & had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely, varied & tasty, saw us through most of the day! Thanks to all the staff, considering it was very busy with tourists as well, no ques at check-in & no need to wait for tables at Breakie.

Great location for Bicester village and reasonably priced. Cooked buffet breakfast included which is a bonus and discounted parking. Room is spacious and clean. Better than some higher end hotels that over promise and under deliver.

Overnight stop for an early start at Silverstone

Overnight stop to have an early start at Silverstone, and it really didn't disappoint.... clean, friendly, quite and with good parking. For those wanting more than us there was an overnight bar and reception with food offering which lots of guests were using...that you couldn't hear the second you shut the door to your room. All round just what we needed.

We were kept awake for most of the night by the dog in the next room barking. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly it was just a shame about the sleepless night.

Great Hotel

I have just stayed in two hotels in Central London and by far this hotel was the best. The bed was so comfteble and I asked for the disabled room as it has a bigger bed. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the designer village.

Not very dog friendly, more so dogs ‘accepted’

We choose this hotel as its close to Bicester (where we had a shopping day) and ‘dog friendly’. Great start with friendly man at reception who gave us a puppy bag with chews, treats and tennis ball. We paid £30 extra to have a puppy which is absolutely fine, but we’re disappointed by the poor condition of the room. Perhaps it’s the set dog ‘room.’ Tons of brown stains on the carpets (which smelt) and some stains on bed. I called reception mentioning the stains and stench and the women who answered the phone said verbatim ‘I’m sorry you feel that way.’ In the interest of transparency I’ve attached the images, as this is about facts not ‘feelings’. Nothing provided for the pups- like basic water bowl or bed, which I’ve received at other dog friendly hotels. Food options poor- powdery eggs and limited vegetarian options. Safe to say we won’t return.
