We were placed in the room right by the big door that Locks and didn’t sleep well from people slamming the door. No ac and they turn on the heater at night if your a cool room temp person don’t stay here

Charming and cozy! Super clean and sweet staff! Quick walk across the st to 711 for snacks, had a reservation at axe throwing a quick stop away. Cant wait to come back!

I arrived hotel at 7 PM. The room was different from the hotel photos I saw; I don't know why I booked the wrong hotel. The office was already closed, and to make matters worse, the bathroom door was locked. There were no hotel staff, and I couldn't find anyone! There was no toilet either, so I run to the McDonald's in the cold night to use their restroom. Hotel Staff finally opened the toilet door after 7 AM . I didn't sleep well .The room was very old and dimly lit, the sofa and chairs were very dirty, and the stool by the door was covered in dust, clearly unused for a long time! Hotel really shouldn't have charged me for the room and should refund my room fee.

The place was very nice and cozy , the bed and sheets were super soft and comfortable, everything very clean , loved the room and it was close to everything near by , dog friendly too , I was able to bring my husky ! I would stay here again , staff was super friendly and helpful as well

The check-in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is near Big Bear Village and also close to restaurants. The room was as stated in the description. Dog-friendly and there are many places to relax outside and in the common area with your pups. Having shared kitchen access was also convenient. Would stay there again.

We stayed at Sessions for one night while attending the Oktoberfest. It was a very cute and trendy motel. The room was clean and perfect for our trip. We enjoying sitting by the fire pit at night. We will stay there again for sure.
