Stay wasn't completely terrible, lots of potential.
We arrived and entered the unit to a very stale odor that could not be overcome. We had to go to the market and purchase scented candles to correct the situation. Please freshen it up between your "busy seasons of use" before clients arrive so that it is actually pleasant to arrive after a long journey to get there.
Also, we unhappily discovered that the hot water heater likely was turned down to minimum/hibernation levels between seasons. We had 10 minute hot water for a shower, while the other guest had ice cold water or had to go without for the day until back from outings. Again, please come and prepare for your quests ahead of time. I spoke with the maintanence staff at the building who said he'd try to contact the HOA for help. Help did not arrive prior to our departure 3 days later. Too bad for us, I guess. Next time, be more thoughtful to make sure your guests have a better experience, especially if they are the first guest to use your unit for the "new season" of patrons.
