Brand new hotel, very clean, friendly staff, large flat screen tv, enjoyable breakfast that uses real plates, mugs, silverware instead of the disposable stuff used by other hotels. Breakfast selection included bagels, toast, waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, Canadian bacon, yogurt that tasted freshly-made with triple berry compote, apple and orange juices, etc. Highly recommend!

This is a new facility. The staff at the front desk area were gracious, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were always willing to do anything you need to make things perfect for your stay.. Although close to the road, the sound proofing is awesome! The hotel was very conveniently located and we would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Billings.

The hotel it’s self is amazing as well as the staff the only down side is we got a room facing the back side and it faces a road so could hear cars going by all night even on the 4th floor. If I were to stay here again I would request a room facing the parking lot so I don’t have to listen to racing cars all night

Only flaw is that the EV charger (provided by Blink) is outrageously priced. The charge $.75/kWh + $2.50 per hour for parking. Apparently these rates are set by Hyatt not Blink, so I'm disappointed in this attempt at price gouging. Worse yet, nobody uses the chargers, although it's great to start the driving day with a full battery. Great hotel otherwise.
