This is not a good Hotel to stay in, room no refrigerators even though you request one; you may not get it. I read reviews before I booked this Resort but gave it the benifit of the doubt. Believe the reviews bc everything I read we had the experience. Rooms smell like mildew, my siters room was 1030 queen with Terrorist no chairs on the balcony, dirty coffee maker, shower leaked day and night. The Houskeeper call maintenance to fix and to provide the balcony chairs no one came. My room 1026 King bed; smelled like mildew and mold in the bathroom. The Bellman; a caucasian man with a long white beard was so rude when we pulled up to check in; If I wasn't tired from traveling I would have left then. I booked three rooms for this visit, this was our first and the last stay. We all did not have comp rooms we paid out of pocket, it was so bad I didn't try to get a rewards card. I also booked and paid for 2 cabanas at H20 pool Barr, was told be at check by 10am and all guess need to arrive by 12noon or they will sell to someone else. I arrived to check in at 945am. I was notified that our cabanas would be K/J, was not late but my cabanas was rented to someone else. One of our cabanas TV didn't work but once I addressed my concerns the manager came to correct the issue. H20 pool Barr and the casino was the best of our stay after issues corrected. So please don't do like I did, don't stay here only do the casino and the pool purchase. If this was a free room; I wouldn't stay.
