The rooms the room was clean now I gotta go see some hair like in the corners. The showerhead was rusted and fire. The sprinkler in the room was rusted too. The room was clean, smell good and all those stuff.

We stayed 5 nights & they never cleaned our room. I called to ask them to &!said the can’t anymore? Whst in the world. I had to request garbage bags to change garbage was told to put out in hall. Called several times for towels & washcloths. & had to put linens out in hall. The dust ruffle thing around bed. Came off and all kinds of filth in it. The track between the room & balcony is full of junk, Very disappointed in ALL of this!

The front desk staff was poorly educated and unhelpful. The rooms were very much not up to clean lines standards. The amenities were nice, but not easy to access. Food options were the best part of the experience.

Casino very dirty and smoky (which I understand the smoke to a certain degree), video poker screens dirty and sticky, and the room was in terrible need of a rehaul.
