To start with the room was supposed to be a newly renovated room, it wasn’t or if it was then whoever was paid to do the work should be fired! The room was dirty and neglected.

When entering check-in was quick and easy, the customer service was average. When entering my room, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hallway carpet and the room. The grout in the bathroom was filthy, there wasn’t any hand soap, the curtains needed to be cleaned and fixed as they were broken brackets at the top. In addition to this, the carpet inside of the room needed to cleaned and the chairs need to be replaced. The hot water takes forever to get hot. The best thing of this room was the view of the gulf.

Room smelled of mold when we checked in. Later that night came back to room to take shower for dinner and we had no hot water, t let customer service desk know about the situation. When I woke up we had no water, could not shower in the morning, couldn’t use restroom or bush my teeth spoke with customer service as I was checking out and they said they couldn’t do anything for me because I booked through a third-party so overall I’d rate our stay a one very unsatisfied with the hotel

I would never stay here again. Ruined our vacation. Had no water when we returned to the room that night and when we awakened still no water and they had no eta when it would come back on. Then fully charged me for my stay in unconditionally living arrangements. Never will I return and I hope others heed my advice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from the front desk to the casino and restaurants. The heated pool and hot tub were also really great. The rooms could use a refresh and new linens but I can’t remember a stay with a better staff.

We had to wait after 4pm our room was not ready. The next day the room was not serviced we had to call for towels. There was mildew under the sink, my wife is allergic she had reaction, eye swelling, we travel a lot so it’s a common reaction, so we know this!! We left ONE DAY early, so we were disappointed!! Please credit my account for Monday night?
