The reason I gave this property a 4 is because we were there for 2 days without any type of room service. I'm not sure if we were supposed to request it, but all the hotels we've stayed at, the staff would come around to check. Also, upon arrival, we had to wait an additional hour to get checked in. The 1st said it was because I booked through a 3rd party (which I never heard) and the 2nd lady said her supervisor had to check the emails (waited another 20 mins). The email was finally found, but of course no one came to let me know and I was sitting in front of the desk in the lobby.
