Having enough attractions that we could stay on property. We were pleased with restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was nice and the grandkids loved the bunk beds. All the staff were friendly and courteous. We would visit again.

It was a pretty good stay with children. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Food was a little over priced but convenient. Would probably stay again.

Resort was clean overall. It was a good stay, only stayed 1 night. Our first time staying, did not realize check in was on the 10th floor and parking was confusing at first. Pull into the garage, park for 10 minutes and check in. Check in was busy and the elevators were a challenge. It wasn't easy to get an elevator to our floor and if you have to go up and down to your car it will take a while. It took us a while to get our bearings, I don't think this place is user friendly at first but once you know where everything it is easier to get around. The pool is nice, the lazy river is short and the slides were pretty good. I liked that you could use a tube on one of the slides as it makes you go faster. The kids splash pad is a bit small. They are pretty strict about taking your own food and drinks to the pool. There are few umbrellas so there isn't much shade at the pool. We were able to use the pool the next day even after we checked out at 11am, check in is late at 4pm so it's nice to get extra time the following day. Overall a good overnight stay but we like the Oasis resort better in Gulfport.

Staff was friendly...facilities needed quite a bit of work. Rooms had a lot of wear...chipped paint, scratched doors, etc. Rooms could use a deep clean...lot of durt, dust buildup around baseboards and in the corners. The first room we were in smelled awful, like ammonia and sewage. Staff was quick to move us to another room, but we lost our balcony. Overall, enjoyable stay, but the place could use a major overhaul, update, deep clean and overdue maintenance in general.

As we all know prices are higher but I feel it is over priced. From the room to the restaurants. There are some amenities we experienced over our years of coming to Margaritaville that are no longer there. There were no chairs in our room any more. The were characters that would walk around the hotel pool and in the restaurant for the kids to enjoy. Not there any more. We had a good time but you can see there were cut backs.

Everything about this place is amazing from the food (i.e. pizza restaurant), indoor and outdoor entertainment, to the view from the balcony. We love going and hate to leave. This is a place where you can truly leave your worries behind. It’s clean, but expensive. My advice, look for discounts early spring and late fall. You really don’t have to leave the resort to have endless fun.

It was a “one a done” for us. The resort is way too big for the amenities they offer. There were never enough tubes or lounge chairs at the water park. The bartender at “it’s 5 o’clock” was miserable, underserved our drinks, was miserable (kept complaining about having to work the night before) and gave us a wrong check. Their gym was very dirty, paper towels and paper cups were thrown everywhere, there was no hand sanitizer. The hallway leading up to our room smelled like marijuana. In the room, one of the bed was located directly under the AC vent, so it kept blowing on the bed freezing air ever time it turned on. The food was okay. The kids enjoyed the arcades.
