Unacceptable Conditions

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the property and the lack of basic amenities and maintenance. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed significant black mold on the ceiling, which posed serious health and safety concerns. The mattress was visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were no extra pillows available, and the in-room phone was non-functional, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. The room keys worked inconsistently, often requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the elevator was in poor condition, outdated, and made unsettling noises, giving the impression that it was not properly maintained. There was a sign on the elevator, on the inside, that stated not to hold the elevator open because it will lock it up. This hotel appears to be in a state of disrepair and neglect. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations, as the current condition of this property does not meet even basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, or safety.

No Desk Clerk or Towels

No clerk at the desk to check in? We waited, and Waited. Had they died? Walked off the job? Maybe he was checking the elevator, which had a sign warning that it would stop working if you held the door! Crazy! Finally clerk appeared, checked me in and grunted something like “elevator down hall loft?” No welcome. No apologies. Got to the room, with no towels. Return to the clerk, “Where are the towels?” Reply, “In the drier.” Ok, When will they appear in my room? “Someone will bring them.” No one brought them. I returned a third time to pick up towels!

Bathroom dirty no towels in room. Had to go twice to front desk and lady said I checked this room myself. Some of the doors to get in does not work. Sent my daughters pizza order over $30 back would not hold it upfront for her to get. This is what we have done with all of our stays. One of my daughters had a key to my room and the employees had not met her and the key did not work and they gave her a new key to the room with out asking for any information.

Where should I begin. Up on arrival when checking in I was given the wrong room . I was supposed to have a 2 bed non smoking but instead I was given 1 bed smoking. I had to contact Hotel .com customer service three times about the rooms issue, and they was also was trying to figure out what was the problem, the cards wasn’t working properly to entering back into the building as well .I had to buy cleaning supplies to get the smoke smell out as much as I can . Note . I do have Asthma. They was also a roach

For the last 10 years we've stayed at this hotel when in Biloxi. Front desk staff are great & helpful. Cleaning staff was friendly except one guy who had an attitude every time you seen him or said hello. The room was clean but definitely need to fix a few things. Microwave piece was broken. Only one ice machine works. I hope they fix it up a little better on the inside. I really like the hotel as far as price and people and would like to go back soon.

Hotel horror!

Well considering that the telephone didn’t work and their were only a few channels on the tv and the beds were too small for the frames and the room stinked badly and there were people hanging out in the parking lot and the signs that were saying to dead bolt your door and couldn’t even park our vehicle there due to the fear of someone breaking into it and that was also on the sign and I was afraid the entire night!
