The hotel is very outdated. The ac barely works. I had to go purchase carpet freshener to help with the smell. The bed was comfortable. The charged me 25.00 for dirtying a towel? What a joke after the condition of the hotel.

Expedia is a joke. You don’t even have a one 800 number where someone can call that’s in trouble. I show up to a hotel prepaid and I’ve got no blinds. I called the Expedia number and you try to sell me something else. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life ridiculous Please give me my money back.

Our stay was decent with a few things I didn't report, so to be fair, I didn't give them a chance to fix it. The breakfast was decent, and check in was easy. We couldn't get the TV to work the whole time (kept wanting me to log in to my Google account just to watch TV?), the safety latch was cut off the door, and our room smelled like someone had smoked and it had been covered up. The last one could have been because I am pregnant with a very sensitive nose. The overall appearance of the main spaces in the hotel was a little shabby, but the room was fine. Overall satisfied for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was huge and clean. Some wear in the carpet, booked the room for the jacuzzi tub but were asked not to use it as it was apparently leaking in the floor below. Was not issued any refund or accommodation. Not particularly satisfied
