Room was clean and well layer out. Staff was very helpful. Staff seemed pressed to cover front desk checkouts and keep breakfast items stocked at the same time - he was doing a great job, but some items were delayed in restocking- not his fault since he was working hard to cover both. Third floor cleaning staff member was very pleasant.

This place really needs to get some new mattresses, we had to change rooms because the mattress in the first room was horrible, the second room's mattress was only marginally better. The staff was great, the breakfast was adequate, but because of the beds, we would not consider staying here in the future.

Everything was really well until I got in bed. The best is VERY uncomfortable and hard. I could barely sleep! Waste of money on a hotel if you ask me! I wish I could get my money back just because of that

This facility is not up to Hampton Inn standards. It feels like somebody bought a 25 year old Comfort Inn and changed the name. it’s very dirty and worn out. The mattress and pillows are not what I usually get at a Hampton Inn. The towel felt cheap, the elevator was disgusting and dirty, and a little sketchy. I give it an OK rating because it was safe and the sheets were clean. But the experience is more like I would expect a motel six.

Very clean and well kept place! The indoor pool was so nice and warm, we loved it. The room was perfect and the breakfast was great as well. Very conveniently located too - just steps to Wegmans! Easy to get everywhere we needed. The staff were very kind and welcoming too! A great place to stay in the area.

Check out is at noon and the warmest pool ever stayed open until midnight! Breakfast was delicious and was served until 10am. As a mom of 4, this was all a special treat. I slept amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure was phenomenal. Also we felt safe. These are all big deals when I stay at a hotel. I would recommend.

I enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn and will definitely consider returning for future stays in Binghamton. The hotel overall was very clean, attractive and appeared well maintained. I LOVED and appreciated the generous bathroom counter space in our hotel bathroom, along with the slide-out under-counter shelves that also had racks to hang the hand towels. These seemingly little things were a big plus. On the down side, we couldn't use our air conditioning unit; though it was functioning properly, the unit itself where the air was coming out was EXTREMELY dusty and dirty and we feared all of that being blown out into our room to be breathed in.
