Great process to reserve a hotel

Went up for my wife's surgery. Reservation was exactly what I booked. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with mini fridge and microwave

Watch the bugs!

Stop with friends in the way to Tennessee. Facility looked very clean and the staff was nice. It was the bugs crawling around in the room that made for a very disappointing stay.

Several outlets in our room did not work. We found this out after none of the lamps in the room turned on. The shower leaked heavily caused the floor to be soaked every time we showered. Really glad we only booked one night.

Easy stay

Room was clean, and comfortable. The only issue was rhe shower head would not stay turned straiggt and was spraying the back wall of the shower so you had to take it out and wet yourself then soap yourself and take it out to rinse yourself.

Our stay was a short one. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our biggest issue was the people in the floor above. It literally sounded like the was a WWE Exhibition match taking place. The noise went on for at least an hour including the 30 minutes after I notified the front desk.

The room stunk cigarette smoke. The refrigerator didn't work. Two staff members disturbed us before checkout time, to see if we were gone or not. One knocked at 10:20 and another at 10:45. It made us feel rushed and unwelcome. 😒
