It was not as expected.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday in Birmingham. I mentioned it in my reservation and asked for a quiet room. The hotel replied with a short message "noted". Yet, they gave us a room next to some man who, at 7 AM, was shouting like Samuel L. Jackson in the Pulp Fiction movie. The only thing that was missing was a shot at the end. The room was small, and the swimming pool was only open until 6 PM on weekends which was very disappointing.
