Do yourself a favor and avoid this property like the plague. My adult son and I had a terrible experience and left the rental 90 minutes after we arrived. We stayed long enough to find other accommodations for our 4-night stay and e-mail the host with a list of items which made the property uninhabitable: (1) black mold all around the shower and faucet; (2) black mold between the kitchen sink and grout plus a dirty stove (I had the same one - it needed the right cleaner and elbow grease); (3) grime all around and on the light switches plus 50-60 scuff marks/large dirt smudges - including three scribbles on the walls the size of saucers; (4) large black grease mark on a pillowcase and gray and wrinkled sheets -- I didn't dare look for bed bugs; (5) beds were sparsely furnished with one small square colored pillow -- completely unlike the photos in the profile; (6) beds which felt like they were 15 years old and were lumpy, flimsy, and past their useful life; (7) carpet that was stained and dirty and baseboards were covered in dust and hair/grime; and (8) the toilet seat was not securely attached and shifted 2" to the left when someone sat down on it. I took videos of this property to demonstrate the level of filth and lack of maintenance and professional cleaning. My family members who lived nearby were horrified at the videos. The owner was not helpful and owns 50 properties - clearly not hands-on. My cleanliness standards are average, and I beg you to avoid this dump!
