Initially, when we went into the room, it felt very cramped and small. However, it was modern and clean. We only needed a room to sleep in after a concert. Very convenient and in a great location. Would stay again.

The location and staff were excellent. It is just opposite New Street Station and close to everything. It is in the heart of Birmingham with a lot of shopping centres, restaurants, clubs and attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and always there if you need any help. It is a good value of money although you have to pay for extra staff (TV, internet...). Room was comfortable with air conditioning/heating. Bathroom was clean. However there was no disc or shelf to put you staff on.
