This was perfect for our one quick night in Birmingham. It’s small but completely functional. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Kim helped us check in and out, he was so pleasant and helpful! Walkable to the train station and many restaurants.

The room was a loft space very small only 1 towel despite being a couple booked in. The bed was so uncomfortable it was a very poor matress on a hard piece of wood not a proper bed base

Hotel is a few minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station and although the room was tiny, it was clean, shower had great water pressure and staff were pleasant. It was a great choice for a one night stay arriving by train and when we knew we would be out all evening.

Don't even Bother!!!

Was charged 30% MORE on final bill than original quote? Extremely Basic room with NO furniture (except beds) and NO heat in an area covererd with homeless people sleeping on the streets. Night Manager was friendly!

Perfect for a short stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Excellent budget hotel, staff were very friendly and perfect location for shops and travel. I would definitely stay here again.

Probably Against Regulation

The room had no window, which I can't imagine is legal, no chair (not that there would be space for one), not even a water glass in the bathroom area (not a separate room). I had to hook the door to the hanger with my belt to let some air in. Room cleanup is not included in your stay, though I'm not sure if it would have mattered as there was hair everywhere and the floor was sticky when I checked in. The room is just one bed with an attached shower and toilet, there is not enough space to let your legs down the side of the bed, unless it's the part near the lower end that's adjacent to the door. Good practice if you're looking at jail time and plan to frequent solitary and a good reminder to never let anyone else book a hotel for you. Only saving grace is the proximity to the train station and city center, but do not expect any help from staff regardning navigation and travel.

Easy Birmingham stay to watch All England Badminto

Nice pleasant check-in (sorry can't remember the name of the lady) Comfy bed, hot shower. A bit of noise at night but we were close to bars. Violeta on checkout was very efficient and polite

Handy for Birmingham centre.

Handily located , a short walk from train station and Birmingham shops and amenities, quirky hotel run by easy jet . Friendy staff ,small basic rooms with limited but adequate amenities, but clean and as advertised and expected .
