Rooms were spotless & we loved that the floors in the rooms were nice, laminate & clean! Check in girl was so nice & congenial. Warm cookies are near the free coffee and creamers. Nice stay on our way down to New Orleans for a cruise.

Pillows were pretty much flat.down pillows mash almost completely flat. I had to use 2 pillows plus rolled up extra blanket. Wish you had firm pillows.
