I wasn't a bad stay

Our room was nice and clean. The pool was nice and they had towels available. The breakfast bar in the morning was disappointing but not the worst.

The hotel accommodations and room were fantastic . The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations; the room was very comfortable, reasonably priced and the location offered many various food options. The room was very cleaned and the breakfast was very filling. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit.

I love the property and everything about it but I was disappointed with my experience checking in…. I stayed at the property last summer and I was blown away at how friendly everybody was, I was expecting the same experience this time and sadly it was not the case. I got in extremely late, and the lady at the front desk was so rude and me feel very uncomfortable. I had other people in my party who were staying there as well, but they got to the hotel earlier in the evening. The next morning, when my other party and I met up, I was telling them about my experience upon checking in and they said they had the same experience with her when they were checking in. She’s not friendly at all and rude. I think it’s a shame because I love the hotel and I will definitely be in the area a lot more, but I would rather give my money to a place where I will feel comfortable
