The staff on reception ensured our check in was smooth. The staff on hand at breakfast were very smiley and polite. Our room was very clean and tidy. Personally we would have liked more hanging space in the bathroom for towels but this obviously did not impact negatively on our stay.

The room was lovely and scrupulously clean, the bed was hard, but ok. The view from the 4th floor was great. The lifts were easy to use and immaculate. The receptionist Elsa was lovely. The breakfast area needs to be modified to make it more orderly, as residents were getting in each others way fetching toast and coffee, with others queing for hot food and going back for cutlery and sauces.

Breakfast was very good and fresh! The dinner offerings left me wanting. Not much variety - very limited. The bar was clean, staff were readily available, but selections were very limited and uninspired. The rooms were very clean, modern and well appointed. An option I would like to have seen would be the availability of a small refrigerator.

So handy for events at the ICC and can park in nearby car parks. Room adequate for one night. Breakfast was good.
