The staff was amazing, especially Chandra and Yasmine. My young adult daughter has several upcoming appointments at UAB. After one night at Homewood Suites by Hilton she asked: “Dad, can we stay here next time?” Absolutely!

Rooms were very clean and staff was very accommodating. However my primary concern was limiting available parking . This hotel occupies over 100+ rooms , however only 75 parking spaces. This’s absurd to me the only alternative is to park on the street or park on another hotel premise and pay $35- 40 at owners expense! Secondly no available forks to eat during breakfast, was just told there wasn’t any available.I visit the area regularly due to my daughter attending UAB , this will definitely be my last experience at this hotel!

LaTresa was absolutely amazing and so sweet. We came for a quick trip for our son’s ear surgery and checked in very late - but LaTresa took amazing care of us and made sure we had everything we need and prayed for our son’s operation and well recovery. She made the entire trip much more comfortable and an enjoyable stay. She is a true gem especially checking in very late with an early morning the next day!
