Tha front desk prople were great. The maintenance was great. I had problems with bath sink and toilet and within 15 min of reporting them someone was there to fix. I didnt see housekeeping during the 3 nights i was there. The front desk made up for any bad.

Needs Some Attention

Probably won’t stay here again. The sink did not drain and the shower was not restocked. If you faced the road, you heard every car that went by. Tried to buy a bottled drink, twice, but never saw anyone that I could pay for the drink.

Service was great. My toilet broke but was fixed quickly. Bath sink very slow but was also fixed quickly. Service desk people were all very friendly and helpful. Sofa had stains but otherwise room very clean.

The overall hotel experience was good. Room was clean and bedding was all nice and comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to get excited about and in fact at 8am this morning, they had no half and half or any sort of regular creamer for the coffee.

Room service was provided only “every three days” according to the front desk. We had to obtain towels, tissues and toilet paper from the front desk. Side exit door on ground floor did not close completely on its own creating a security risk.
