The room was on the very busy road and I could hear the traffic all night!! Sort the double glazing out it’s awful. How many more complaints of this do you need before you sort it out

There was a mark on the sheet, it looked like it was from an iron, I tried to turn the heating down, the room was very warm, I ended up turning it off. The first meal I had was the Bacon, cheeseburger, the bacon was so hard, I couldn't eat it, after that I didn't bother, I ate out everyday, the breakfast was very nice, but can I ask why the trays are not left out, you have to ask for one every morning

Very clean, very pleasant. However…. No airport SHUTTLE and uber was more expensive than phone staff suggested, which added 15 £ to hotel rate. They didn’t mention that there was a free monorail from airport to near hotel.

The room had a funny smell to it as soon as I went in. The room was abnormally hot which meant I had to try and have the window open. With this however, it was freezing. Good big clean and tidy room. Nice shower. Had breakfast both days and good range of food available. Consent being filled. Ate dinner one night and although not a big menu the food was good. Very convenient for the MEC which was perfect for what we needed

I’m guessing the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, as some parts appear quite tired and dated. The hotel was also noisy because the doors didn’t have soft-close functionality at a guess

Nice hotel but I was surprised to discover that parking cost an extra £15. This should be made clearer on the website booking portal. Broadband was free and a good speed - which is a pleasant change in a UK hotel.
