The reception staff were great and we couldn’t fault them but we were really dissatisfied with the lack of care that we experienced. When we arrived there was only one towel in the room despite there being 2 of us on the booking, there was pen scribbled on the head board and there was two pillows on the bed without pillow cases, it just seemed a little unwelcoming. Not taking away from the reception staff as they were kind and friendly but wouldn’t go back purely for the reasons I’ve previously stated. I hate to write a negative review but I really was disappointed in our stay after looking forward to it

Comfy and clean. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful the only two small things that could be better were the tv controller didn't work properly and there was no USB charging sockets so i had to ask reception to charge my phone (who were more than willing).

We stay here frequently because it’s just the best hotel around for service and quality rooms with a guaranteed great nights sleep Rachel is a credit to lea Marston and she looked after us from check-in to departure . Very noisy in room 3, which is on the central corridor. Everyone leaving the bar would loiter around and I had to ask them to move on as they kept waking my daughter up. Food was nice and breakfast good. Shower was very nice. If it wasn't for the noisy in the corridor it would have been OK. We paid highly for booking in advance, on the day was over half the cost.

A little disopointed

Was great reception staff booked i. Went very well we was booked into half board basis as was only option when booking which eas fine till we found out when we went to pay for drinks it was on a contibution towards dinner of £25 have stayed in many a hotel all around the world half boatd means even meal and breakfast nothing on menu saying what you could have or was extras so feel a bit ripped off to be honest but staff was all pleasant enoigh would i stay here again i don't think so

The photos look great but in reality it is rather shabby. I was seated in the bar restaurant and then left for 40 minutes until I had enough and went to the bar to order !
