Modern Stylish & Spacious Loft w/Indoor Parking

Beautifully decorated and spacious two bedroom luxury loft. Located near the historic Alabama and Lyric Theaters. Walking distance to Railroad Park, Regions Field and award winning restaurants. The Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and open rafter ceilings with all the modern amenities and fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect place. Fabulous linens, comfy beds and No check-out chores!! The loft comes with one indoor parking spot that can accommodate SMALL to MIDSIZE cars ONLY.

Our loft offers the charm of an early 1900`s building with exposed brick and open rafter ceilings. The building was completely remodeled in 2017. Professionally decorated and beautiful views from every window. Luxury linens and down comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. Keurig provided with a variety of coffees. Water, snacks, and other items are provided.

The loft comes with one indoor garage parking spot that can accommodate ONLY COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE vehicles. Elevator access to 2nd floor from garage or use back stairs. There is also a front street entrance with a set of steps that leads you to the loft. The building has other Lofts available on Airbnb. NO EVENTS , NO PARTIES AND NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS.

The area is full of many residential lofts and fun activities to do while visiting

There is a paid parking lot next door to building and plenty of metered street parking spots. Metered spots do not have to be paid in evenings or weekends.

We love hosting and ask that you respect our building and any of the other guests by NOT SMOKING and be aware of noise. The Loft comes with only 1 garage spot that holds only SMALL/MIDSIZE CARS and SUVS. There is additional street parking that is free on nights and weekends.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Alabama Theater. Laundry facilities are available. The apartment offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The property exceeded our expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful! The only thing I would suggest is bringing a sound machine. Downtown Birmingham can be very loud at night. The owners have done an amazing job with the decor and the place was extremely clean. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

The BHam Loft

The loft has a nice urban vibe and tastefully decorated with personal spoils. It was surprisingly spacey. I played with grandkids, baked, and slumber partied and we didn’t miss a trick! I also enjoyed downtown as an adult ! Zeppelin my puppy and I met new downtown friends and enjoyed great downtown Bham strolls!

Overall the stay was very good. We had some issues with the TV. The host was very responsive and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The noise level outside was a little loud but it was a big football game that weekend so that may have been the reason. I would definitely recommend and look forward to next year.

The cutest loft

The loft was so convenient for us going back and forth to the Alabama Theater(literally right across the street). The accommodations were outstanding. It is beautiful with comfy beds and everything you need. We appreciated the snacks and water left for us along with the array of k cup supplies. The host was so accommodating to our needs. We loved having a parking garage for our car. I would definitely book again when coming to town and highly recommend it.
