Very convenient for a quick stopover on route north. Only comment is the rooms are a bit dated, we had a door which would adjoin rooms and we could hear everything next door. Other than that ok

The hotel was good value for money, with food availble at reasonable prices. Easy to find. The "10 min " walk to Coventry arena was 20 mins at my average speed and not an easy walk through a housing and then an industrial estate.

Little trouble checking in as it appeared someone else was checked in under our name but the staff sorted it reasonably quickly. Good service from staff but room could have been a little cleaner.

Avoid unless necessary

The worst Novotel hotel I have ever stayed at, I’m only staying here because of location which is near Ricoh, only good thing about this place are the staff, toilets doesn’t have a toothbrush or shaver socket, toilet too small, bed uncomfortable, the list goes on
