Great location for city centre. Friendly & helpful staff. Room itself was very spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was dated and no better than a budget hotel. Overall a nice stay, but needs updating to compete with other hotels in the city.

Pleasant Stay, Though Some Details Missed”

Check-in was efficient and reasonably quick. However, we had to mention our VIP offer as the staff were not aware of it initially. We also requested that our parking ticket be validated at check-in and were advised this had been done, only to find upon departure that it had not been validated, resulting in us having to pay the full parking charge. When we returned to the hotel to raise the issue, we were informed that nothing could be done, which was disappointing. Our room (903) was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and adequate amenities. The décor appeared a little tired, and the toilet was cracked, but overall the room was satisfactory.

First thing First… how bad this company bas gone… no Air Conditioning working at all… they started provide fans… ate you seriously… paying this much to just gets fans no ac.. whats the point of paying this high price… i would love to have the refund…. I called reception 4 times everytime theybare like its gonna be fixed and we waited all night without Ac… disappointing… i would want my Refund please… cant go elsewhere i was visiting the town… please atleahalf the refund

Good hotel as long as the power doesn't go off

Location and hotel were good but the power went out on the final morning. I can cope with that - things happen. What I did find disturbing was that the emergency lighting was not working in the stairway after about level 2. Not fun when you are alone, with a lot of luggage and having to juggle your phone flashlight. I mentioned it to reception but the response was just "yes someone has said that...." not a great reaction to what could have been an emergency.

Great hotel, great location for station.

Always a queue to check in, the lifts broke while we were staying, but they did let us use the staff lifts, staff are helpful & friendly, always clean & smells lovely!

Horrendous experience

Policy for twin rooms is based on availability, allocation confirmed in the morning but room was not ready. Came back later and they had given room away. Had to get taxi back home. Wasn't offered any solution or partial refund.
