The hotel was conveniently located and offered an affordable rate, which made it a good choice for a short stay. As a female traveling alone on a 1500 mile rdrive with a service pup, and some special needs I couldn’t have been more grateful for JEN I travel a lot and with some medical constraints. It’s very frustrating to feel like an imposition on ANYONE especially in the “hospitality” industry . JEN SMILED at my pup and I and wasn’t condescending and also allowed for the fact that sometimes the medical necessity of a service animal is t obvious . She treated my pup and I as if we were welcomed guests in our own home .. Which these days is a rarity ✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were bed sheets out in a pile down the hall from my room and what looked like a shower curtain was in a crumple by my door. They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too.

Worth the stay

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had good amenities, but I didn't use many of them. I had the pool in mind when I booked it, but it was out of service when I got there (should have read earlier reviews). The breakfast was normal hotel food, not great but adequate. Coffee was decent. The location was great, near the highway but very quiet. I would definitely stay there again but there's a few things people should know. Most rooms don't connect to the lobby; you have to go through the courtyard to get there. I didn't mind it, but it wasn't raining and I didn't have kids to worry about. There are no ice machines, but there was fresh bags of ice at the front desk (even better). There was no phone in my room (weird but front desk said there should have been one). It's pet friendly and the few pets I met were friendly. And housekeeping service is only if you stay a week or more, but fresh linens and towels are available at the front desk (this didn't bother me either). For the price, it was a great value, very spacious, clean, good location, nice people. It had all I wanted except the pool (but hey, things happen and you roll with it).

Hotel is a little worn and could use some updates. Room was clean and quiet with everything you would need and the bed was comfortable (pillows were so comfy!!). Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired but the water pressure was amazing! I would stay again, it felt safe and the area is convenient with Walmart and restaurants within a mile.

Our pull out sofa was never cleaned. It had sprinkles and legos in it and the one matress cover that was on it had spaghetti or some sort of sauce on it. It is pet friendly and there is visible dog hair on the sofa. It smells like animals. They don’t sweep under the cushions. The beds felt like sleeping on coffee tables. Staff was very friendly but Would not stay there again.
