Room was not great - mine was the "Westgate Suite" and was old fashioned with a TV that didn't work properly (I wasn't bothered as I didn't need it but others will be) and a shower system that looked "fancy" with various jets pointing at the body as well as the overhead but, in reality, was totally ineffective. Dinner in the bar area was bland, soggy and not very nice - I did feed back at the time and was met with a blank stare and an apology of sorts.

Room was cold.heating was not on..tried to call but they didn't answer..and also when we reach there he asked for security and we paid 100 pound and the next morning when we checkout the lady said we can't give you 100 pound straight away..we need to call bank about it.and it takes 4 to 5 working days..so i mention that yesterday no one informed us about that..and she also not responding property so overall its a bad experience.
Booked this hotel last minute, first room curtain hanging off window, bath disgusting ok they upgraded me to a second room where the curtains didn’t even cover the window! Never again
Staff were very helpful and the room was clean, quiet and warm.

I recently stayed at this place and overall the experience was decent, but there were noticeable issues with the heaters. The room never really warmed up, even after adjusting the controls multiple times. It made the room uncomfortable, especially at night.
This place has potential, but they definitely need to address the heating system before I’d consider returning.
