Perfect rest stop. It’s not the fault of the hotel because it is advertised but no food after 9pm was a bit frustrating after a long drive. Good breakfast

Room clean, bed firm and comfortable. However room very tatty and bathroom dated. Had problems with heating that was promptly sorted, however a problem with the bathroom sink was never addressed even after being reported to various members of staff. Ate in the restaurant on both nights, food ok but nothing special, service was extremely slow , so slow that we decided against a dessert as we couldn't face the wait. We noticed other guests commenting that they were not happy with the wait

Charming and pretty.

A lovely setting by the river, fantastic outdoor seating area. Friendly staff and great sized double room. Personally i found the mattress was very hard but a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I booked this hotel for a concert in nearby warwick,to say we were impressed by the location,friendly staff and food in the restaurant is an understatement we cannot recommend this hotel enough,huge room with bath and shower,and a very comfortable queen size bed,5 stars.

Service and meals were excellent. The building has wonderful ambience. The only fault I could find was some peeling paint in both my bedroom and bathroom. Also it's the little touches that count - like a box of tissues, cotton wool pads, hand cream etc.

Lovely but room noisy

The lady on reception was really nice and friendly made the check in easy we were chatting about walks in the area she gave a good walk then Louis walked past and wrote down a couple which was a fab help. Room was nice but right next to patio so was awake till silly o clock with people drinking in the pub it was so noisy. Had a meal there and Lois was our sever the food was really nice and hot served quick. Would stay again just not in that room

Perfect end to our holiday

After camping for 4nights we decided we needed a comfortable bed and a bath on our last night. The Old Mill was perfect for us. Nice staff good food beautiful quiet setting. Hotel was in good location for my meeting, Room was large and clean..The Internet in hotel was shocking ( Really not good when you booked hotel for business trip ). Restaurant staff were poor, slow. Food was ok when it finally arrived
