When arrived was sent into a room which had two single beds which I didn’t book, I then noticed there was other people’s belongings in there. We then went to reception and got put in a suite which was more like the one I booked. Was a lovely sleep and other than the little issue at start was great! would come back again .

We really liked the room and the hotel. The food and drink was really nice and reasonably priced. All the staff were really friendly , helpful and always professional. One thing I would say was , about the room , the menus for food and drink were very tatie and tired looking , and the bathroom wasn’t stocked properly. We stayed Friday - Sunday and after requesting our room to be serviced on the Saturday afternoon , the cleaning team never did. Saying this , Overall the hotel was great and we would stay again.

All in all, a lovely hotel. The cleaning could have been a little better as I noticed that the bathroom floor still hadn't been cleaned after the cleaners had been round.

Basic but clean rooms. The restaurant is over priced for breakfast and service was a bit moody from the morning waitress.

Nice hotel too far from airport taxis very expensive40pound to get there 30pound to nec

Only a quick over night stay whilst visiting NEC

Pros: Bar, Bed, breakfast
Lovely hotel in a great location with food and bar drinks very reasonably priced. Lovely big comfy bed
