We were really pleased with this hotel. Clean, comfy, quiet. Not fancy but everything you need in a stopover convenient to Stansted. The shuttle was also a big plus. It’s. Ice that they include breakfast, tho before 6 it’s pretty spartan. Still grateful for it tho!

The room was well equipped, clean & comfortable. The early start for breakfast was excellent as we had an early flight. Meghan the front desk receptionist was excellent & sorted out a problem I had with a double booking. I would recommend this establishment to my family & friends without hesitation.

OK for a short stay after our plane landed at midnight, and convenient, but nothing special. The lifts were shabby, breakfast was adequate and plentiful, although the eggs and bacon had obviously been cooked hours before and left in a heated cabinet. It would have been nice to have nuts and seeds to go with the cereal.

18th birthday trip

Hotel was about 8 mins from airport £4 each way for adults children are free but not sure of age card only Hotel was lovely room nice & clean air con good. Breakfast was lovely and had a takeout for early flights. Would definitely stay here again

Noisy - far too noisy

There was zero sound-proofing in my room from the outside, thanks to the permanently open vents above the window, and the conversations of the late night smokers standing outside the main entrance carried into the room without interruption. I could hear every word. Then, of course, the noise of the early flight brigade shouting in the corridors began at about 5am (seriously, how can these people be so inconsiderate?). But the design of these rooms were so inadequate to cope with either. I got just a few hours sleep before my flight.
