"Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)"

"This is a chateau from the textbook. Starred restaurant, super cosy and tons ambiance. It's rated 4 star, but feels closer to 5. When the ( very fair) prices are factored in, you feel that this experience was very much of a worthwhile time spent in the Bourgogne. "
